Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

Orders are only shipped out on business days (M-F). Most orders received before 1:00pm (EST) (M-F) are shipped the same day. All special orders and backorders will be shipped as soon as they are available. All orders are sent out the best way possible, UPS, or truck freight, unless specific instructions have been provided. Overnight and 2nd day air are available upon request at the expense of the customer.

Payment

All merchandise is COD: Cash, Mastercard, VISA, and certified checks only. No personal checks or business checkwill be accepted until proper forms are completed and approved by our office. All goods remain the property of The Parts Depot, Inc., until complete payment is made.

Claims

Any damage to packages must be noted and reported to the carrier immediately. All boxes and shipping materials must be retained until the carrier has made disposition on the claim. Customer must take the responsiblity to initiate the claim for damaged merchandise with the carrier. The Parts Depot, Inc. will assist the customer if and when necessary. Any shipping errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns

The Parts Depot, Inc. will not accept any unauthorized returns. A return number will be furnished and must appear on the outside of the package. You must have the invoice number, date of purchase, part number, and the price you paid for the merchandise in order to receive an authoriation number.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

All returns must be in their origial boxes and in "like new" condition.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

There are no returns on electrical or special orders unless items are defective or shipped in error.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Warranty

The Parts Depot, Inc. will furnish a replacement part within 90 days or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first, on any defective part. Warranty is only forthe replacement, the defective part must be returned and checked for defect before replacement. The Parts Depot, Inc. will not assume liability in any case that exceeds original cost of the part. Any item that has been modified, misused, imporperly installed, or altered in any way, will not be warrantied.

The Parts Depot is committed to privacy and security for all of our clients. Because we respect your right to privacy, we have developed a Privacy Statement as indicated below.

Under no circumstances do we transfer your email address to any other company, nor do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.

There are two ways you can provide us with and consent to our collection of certain personal information:

E-mail Request - Links throughout our site provide you with the opportunity to contact us via e-mail to ask questions, request information and materials, or provide comments and suggestions. You may also be offered the opportunity to have one of our Sales Representatives contact you personally to provide additional information about our products or services. Enrollment ? You may choose to enroll for one of our products or services, we will request certain information from you. Depending on the type of product or service that you request, you may be asked to provide different personal information. Other products and services may require different or supplemental information from you in order to apply.

Statistical Information About Your Visit

Information obtained while visiting our site does not identify you personally, but rather about a visit to our site. We may monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, which pages people visit, and from which browsers people use. We use these statistics about your visit to help us improve the performance of our Web site.
